     Service Report

Dear Brian and Kim,
thanks so much for your support on issuing the Samsung faulty screen tv report to P*******.
I can tell you that they are collecting the TV on Sunday and giving me a refund.
It has been a nightmare for all but you stuck it out for me and a good result, thank you so much.
